Using the analogy of the sun’s energy, this course will provide an overview of the sun framework for racial justice, help you explore your organizational outcomes through an equity lens, and identify potential organizational shifts that you can apply to move closer towards the racial equity outcomes that your organization is hoping for.

You will have an opportunity to reflect on a specific organizational example using this framework and reflect on barriers that may prevent your organization from truly committing to racial justice.
